Our Leadership Development group coaching services are tailored to help you enhance your leadership skills and capabilities. We also focus on the practical application of these skills. For example, you might engage in role-playing scenarios where you practice handling challenging leadership situations. 

Duration
  • Depends on your current situation in the leadership continuum, your goals, and your current industry. However, the minimum duration to achieve goals is sixt sessions over a quarter (three-month period).
frequency
  • Bi-weekely sessions with brief phone calls and email availability between sessions
  • Up to 90-minute one-on-one sessions, incorporating interactive workshops, role-playing scenarios, and individual discussions
